My biggest inspiration for my own romance writing has come from watching Korean drama film over the last year. No one knows how to do romance like the Koreans. Hollywood should take note. From their full-bodied characters to their plots and sub-plots – from laughing out loud one minute to crying your eyes out the next. I can’t say enough about this film industry and regret I didn’t start earlier. There are so many good ones out there – my Watch list is as long as my TBR list. I doubt I’ll ever go back to American films! My list and suggestions are below. Anything with a link had a review posted for it on my blog.
I guarantee, if you love romance, you’ll love K-drama. I’m hooked!
If you would like to request a review for any of the below or any other K-drama or Asian drama, email me at cdbrennan2012@gmail.com. I’m happy to indulge!
