On being Irish

March 6th, 2013

G’day!
I’m still reeling from the past couple of days, so much done but so much to do. It’s a milestone achieved, and hopefully the start of a long and wonderful career as an author.

St. Patrick’s Day

With St. Patty’s coming fast and green, and since my lovely Maggie from WATERSHED is Irish, I thought I would work a bit of Irish magic into my blog today. I wear my old Irish rugby jersey as I type.

I am a guest today at MaryAnn Laoesh’s All Things Writing talking about what it’s like being Irish. And you’ll be surprised  I don’t have any Irish heritage – but that doesn’t mean I’m not Irish. Have a peek and work that out!

Writing in Ireland

I’m also now an Author Member at Writing.ie, the fastest growing writing community in Ireland, and have posted a blog for Watershed’s release Watershed in Ireland so perhaps stop by and check that out if you get a moment, especially if you are an aspiring writer!
